Lovely covered leather case with gold-tooled design on the exterior and interior.

The fold-out rest is present and intact, the interior is covered with silk and velvet covering.

Fold-out opening doors are secured with a lovely swing brass catch lock. The cross itself is made from wood, it has been untouched and in original condition.
